Adapun jenis akta perusahaan yang bisa dibuat antara lain PT, PT Perorangan*, atau CV. Untuk jenis akta perusahaan PT Perorangan diatur dalam UU Cipta Kerja untuk menciptakan iklim usaha yang ramah investasi khusus bagi Warga Negara Indonesia.

Pelaku usaha yang berminat untuk mendapatkan berbagai dokumen legalitas untuk usahanya bisa mengakses layanan di https://ptp.ahu.go.id/
Sebelumnya, pastikan beberapa syarat sudah lengkap ya, yaitu KTP Pendiri Perusahaan, NPWP personal dan Kartu Keluarga (KK).
